Is the ToneWoodAmp an actual Wattage/Volume Amplifier?

What Amount of Volume to Expect

The ToneWoodAmp enhances your instrument's natural tone using effects similar to guitar pedals, without needing an amplifier. It works by vibrating and altering the pickup signal, projecting effects through the guitar body.

While it provides a volume boost of approximately 5-12 dB, it's not a speaker replacement or wattage amplifier. Higher volume levels can cause issues like boomy sound and feedback.

The ToneWoodAmp also functions as a DI box, allowing you to use it as a multi-effect processor between your guitar and an amp or PA system. DI mode offers controls for wet/dry mix, DI output volume, and other useful features for live performances.
