What to do if The Battery Gets Stuck Inside?

To resolve internal battery issues, follow these steps: 

1. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the three screws on the bottom side of the device (next to the battery) by half a turn. 
2. Lightly tap the device on your palm to allow the battery to fall out. 
3. When replacing the batteries, make sure to tighten the screws back by about 75%.

Possible reasons for this issue: 

1. AA batteries vary in thickness and length, which can cause rattling inside the device. We have designed a somewhat restricted space to minimize this problem.
