Hi, I just wanted to ask a question, I have a non-electric acoustic guitar and I would like to know if with the ToneWoodAmp + pickup
Bundle I can amplify the hits on the wood of the guitar, or is it necessary to have an electro acoustic guitar for ?
for play "Mike Dawes" style for example =)
The Neo-D pickup is a magnetic pickup so it will only pick up the sound of the strings. To be able to hear taps from the wood you would need a transducer style pickup. K&K make a few really good ones that go under the bridge plate of the guitar. Under-the-saddle pickups like the Fishman infinity matrix work very well.
My guitar is not an electric acoustical what would I need to do to use the TWA?
Hi John! You'd need the ToneWoodAmp bundle found here: https://www.tonewoodamp.com/collections/tonewoodamp-solo-and-bundles/products/tonewoodamp-pickup-bundle
