Hello and Happy New year! I'm interested in purchasing a Tone wood amp for my Martin D-28..I have The Fishman Ellipse Matrix Blend installed in it. Will the Tone wood amp work with this setup?

Sorry for the delayed reply! TWA will work great with the Ellipse Matrix Blend! You'll just want to set the blend to 85% plus undersaddle pickup!
