If your internal batteries get stuck, please use a Phillips head screwdriver and loosen the three screws on the bottom (along the battery side) about half a turn. Lightly tap the TWA on your palm and the battery should fall out. Be sure to tighten the screw back about 75% when you replace the batteries.

Reasons this could be happening:

Not all AA batteries are the same size. To prevent any rattling inside the TWA, we created a somewhat restricted space. We are working hard to ensure this is not a problem in future units.
