The short answer is no. The round back tends to be problematic with the TWA.

ToneWoodAmp requires a mostly flat surface to perform as designed. As a general rule, instruments built with a slight arch to the back will allow for ToneWoodAmp to seat correctly.

Guitars with a more dramatically shaped back, like the bowl shaped design on Ovation guitars, will not always work. The lower bout is simply too arched to allow the ToneWoodAmp to sit flat as is required for optimal performance.

Some Ovations owners who play models equipped with a electronics access plate have had luck positioning their ToneWoodAmp directly on the access plate itself, however!

Currently, we do not consider TWA to compatible for Ovation. We hope to have a solution for these instruments soon.
